Born in the heart of the Old City, Anwar's Arabian Restaurant was founded with a single mission — to preserve the royal culinary traditions of the Nizams. Every dish we serve carries the soul of Hyderabad, slow-cooked with generations of wisdom and the finest hand-picked spices.
Our signature Dum Biryani is prepared in sealed handi pots over live charcoal, allowing the rice and meat to breathe together. Our Haleem simmers for eight hours. Our Kebabs are marinated overnight. We do not hurry flavour.
